A brief message from the Acting CEO Team, Rick and Maria:
Rhema has entered into a Kingdom collaboration with Kingdomworks, united in a shared commitment to serve the Church across the Hunter Region.
This partnership builds on a long-standing relationship, with Rick Prosser’s previous service on the Rhema Board and many years of working together on regional initiatives, including CityFest, CityServe, and city leadership gatherings.
As part of this collaboration, Rick Prosser and Maria Thomas have been appointed as the Acting CEO Team. We are confident Rhema will continue to move forward with strength and clarity, speaking life across our region.

Our Board
The Governance Board at Rhema FM is dedicated to maintaining financial accountability and ensuring our programs align with our mission of “speaking life.” By providing oversight and strategic guidance, the Board plays a key role in making sure our broadcasting and community outreach stay true to our vision. With a focus on integrity and transparency, the Board helps ensure that we continue delivering impactful, uplifting Christian content to our listeners.
Peter Durbin
Peter is Rhema FM’s Chairman and the founder and managing director at Oracle Advisory Group & author of Are We Approaching the End.
Donna Politarhis
Donna is the Owner and Creative Director of Hunter Design School and Liquid Colour Design Studio. She joined Rhema FM’s Board in 2017.
Skye Morrison
Skye joined Rhema in 1999 and has since worked as a lawyer and Practice Manager at a family psychology clinic she runs with her husband.
Shayne Holstein
Shayne has been with Rhema FM since 1997 and has worked in retail and sales. He is actively involved in his community and serves at Stroud Baptist Church.
